The CAM acts as an agent for your community association and implements the day-to-day management of your community. This includes assisting your Board with the administration of your association; implementing covenants and conditions; monitoring that residents comply with the rules and regulations; assisting with budgeting; identifying repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of shared areas and facilities; and maintaining correspondence materials such as meeting minutes and e-mails.
